I’ve been fortunate to spend time reflecting on my leadership style using the Hogan Leadership Style framework. I’m a collaborative leader who defaults to transparency, applying evidence-informed judgement to turn complex technical ideas into measurable commercial value.

I’m also intentional about being upfront on both my strengths and growth areas, so I can keep developing and work more closely with the people around me.
